Note: Pricing is subject to change, and there is a minimum stay period of 2 nights - 7 nights depending upon the time of year and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner. The following fees are for up to the 1st of June 2016. There may be discounts for longer periods of stay too.

Cleaning Fee & Bond

Cleaning Fee - Please note there will be a $60.00 cleaning fee. There is a need to make a bond payment of $400.00 to stay at the Congo Beach holiday house too.

No Pets or Smoking

Please note - no pets (even though we do like animals too) are to be brought to or stay at the property and no smoking within the buildings, thanks.
